Knowing the cost upfront makes it easier to decide if this is the right fit. These are my current rates, with the same fees for in-person and online sessions.

Cancellation policy
Please provide at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are charged the $100 late-cancellation fee. I understand that life happens, so please reach out if you are in an unusual circumstance.
Sliding scale
A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for clients who cannot afford the standard rate. If cost is a barrier, please mention it when you reach out. I will do my best to accommodate where I can.
Insurance & payment
Payment is accepted by e-transfer or credit card. I do not bill insurance directly.
I provide receipts after each session. Many extended health benefit plans cover services from a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Check with your provider to confirm your coverage.
Electronic communications: Email and other electronic forms of communication carry some risk to privacy. I take reasonable steps to keep our communications secure. If you have concerns, please raise them and we can discuss alternatives.
