This privacy policy describes how Andrea Dasilva, RCC (“I”, “my”) collects, uses, and protects information gathered through this website (andreadasilva.ca) and through electronic communications. Your privacy matters and I take reasonable steps to protect it.

• Usage data, basic analytics such as page visits and referral sources, collected in aggregate and not tied to an individual.

Contact form submissions are transmitted via email and stored in an encrypted email account. Clinical records (maintained in Jane App, a PIPEDA-compliant Canadian platform) are governed by a separate client consent form provided at the start of therapy.

Electronic communications such as email carry some inherent privacy risk. If you have concerns about communicating electronically, please raise them and we can discuss alternatives.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained for up to two years after our last contact, unless a therapeutic relationship was formed (in which case the clinical records retention schedule applies). You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting me directly.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, to request correction of inaccuracies, and to request deletion. To exercise these rights, please contact me using the information below.

Third-party services

This website may use third-party services (such as hosting providers and analytics tools) that have their own privacy practices. Links to external sites such as Jane App are governed by their respective privacy policies.
